Karawaci, Indonesia – January 2020
After a long break from blogging (how did time pass that fast?), I’m back!!
For the next semester I’ll be writing from Indonesia!

The past few years have been full of teaching business classes, conducting research and writing articles, submitting book proposals, launching centers, and going through the tenure process at Wheaton College. I’m excited to pause and spend the next six months teaching, writing, and exploring business practices in this amazing country.
For the first 6 months of 2020, I’m on sabbatical in Indonesia as a Fulbright Scholar at Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH). I will have the unique opportunity of delivering lectures and teaching business students who will work at the starting point of many of the world’s global supply chains. Indonesia is a nation rich with natural resources that are exported all over the world. It is a nation of thousands of culturally diverse islands that are politically unified. It is indeed a global supply chain professor’s paradise.
I invite you to follow my adventure in Indonesia!
